The Hanging Tree is a book which is dropped by the last skeleton, that takes place in The Weeping Hollow. The event only happens at a tree from which three corpses are hanging and is surrounded by four bits of disturbed grounds. Also, when your character walks past, it'll say something like "What happened to this grave".
