Quill Fiends are weak demons that preferred method of attack is throwing their spines at the party. Although the spines deal low damage, they do possess a moderately powerful melee attack that can make short work of the un-expecting. They have a annoying habit of running when engaged in melee combat which can be particularly frustrating at times, especially when fighting Elite versions.
