Cryder's Outpost is a small dungeon that follows a very similar layout around a central area. The outpost is one of the possibilities for the large central spot in The Battlefields right outside The Arreat Gate. The dungeon's entrance is blocked by a closed door, and may not appear on your map until opened/destroyed. There is always a single elite pack inside and some times a Goblin can spawn.
