Frost Nova Frost Nova Requires Level 1 An explosion of ice freezes nearby enemies for X seconds and causes X to Y Cold damage.
Magic Missile Magic Missile Requires Level 1 Launch a missile of magic energy causing X to Y Arcane damage.
Ice Armor Ice Armor Requires Level 2 Surround yourself in a barrier of ice that increases armor by X%, and causes X to Y Cold damage to melee attackers, chilling them for 4 seconds. Lasts X seconds.

This is an Armor spell. Only one Armor spell can be active at a time.

Shock Pulse Shock Pulse Requires Level 3 Release a pulse of X unpredictable charges of electricity that deal X to Y Lightning damage to enemies they hit.
Wave of Force Wave of Force Requires Level 4 Explode a wave of pure energy that repels projectiles and knocks back nearby enemies. This also slows the movement of enemies by X% and deals X to Y physical damage to them.
Spectral Blade Spectral Blade Requires Level 5 Summon a spectral blade that strikes all enemies in your path X times causing X% weapon damage with each hit.
Electrocute Electrocute Requires Level 6 Lightning arcs from your fingertips towards an enemy dealing X to Y Lightning damage. The lightning can jump, hitting up to X enemies. Damage is reduced by X% for each jump.
Magic Weapon Magic Weapon Requires Level 7 Imbue your weapon with magical energy granting it X% increased physical damage. Can only affect melee weapons. Lasts X seconds.
Arcane Orb Arcane Orb Requires Level 8 Hurl an orb of pure energy that explodes when it hits, dealing X to Y Arcane damage to all enemies within X yards.
Diamond Skin Diamond Skin Requires Level 9 Transform your skin to diamond for X seconds absorbing up to X damage from incoming attacks.
Energy Twister Energy Twister Requires Level 11 Unleash a twister of pure energy that deals X Arcane damage per second to everything caught within it.
Disintegrate Disintegrate Requires Level 12 Thrust a beam of pure energy forward dealing X to Y Arcane damage per second and disintegrating enemies it kills.
Storm Armor Storm Armor Requires Level 13 Bathe yourself in electrical energy, shocking ranged and melee attackers for X to Y Lightning damage. Lasts X seconds.

Explosive Blast Explosive Blast Requires Level 14 Gather an infusion of energy around you that explodes after 4 seconds, causing X to Y physical damage to any nearby enemies.
Mirror Image Mirror Image Requires Level 15 Summon X illusionary duplicates of yourself that last for X seconds and have X% of your Life. The images may cast some of the same spells as you, but those spells deal no damage.
Slow Time Slow Time Requires Level 16 Envoke a bubble of warped time and space for X seconds, slowing the movement and attack speed of enemies by X%. This bubble also slows the movement of enemy projectiles by X%.
Teleport Teleport Requires Level 18 Teleport through the ether to the selected location up to X yards away.
Hydra Hydra Requires Level 19 Summon a multi-headed Hydra for X seconds that attacks enemies with bolts of fire dealing X to Y Fire damage per attack.
Ray of Frost Ray of Frost Requires Level 21 Project a beam of frozen ice that blasts X to Y Cold damage per second to the first enemy it hits, slowing the target's movement by X% and attack speed by X% for X seconds.
Energy Armor Energy Armor Requires Level 22 Focus your energies, increasing your Defense by X% but lowers your maximum Arcane Power by X. Lasts X seconds.

Arcane Torrent Arcane Torrent Requires Level 23 Hurl a barrage of arcane projectiles that deal X to Y Arcane damage per second to all enemies near the impact location.
Meteor Meteor Requires Level 24 Summon an immense meteor that plummets from the sky causing X Fire damage to all enemies it crashes into. The ground it hits is scorched with molten fire that does X to Y Fire damage over X seconds.
Blizzard Blizzard Requires Level 26 Call down shards of ice to pelt an area dealing X to Y Cold damage per second for X seconds.
Familiar Familiar Requires Level 27 Summon a companion that will attack your targets for X to Y Arcane damage. This companion cannot be targeted or damaged by enemies. Pet lasts X seconds.
Archon Archon Requires Level 29 Transform into a being of pure arcane energy for X seconds. While in Archon form your normal abilities are replaced by powerful Archon abilities, and your armor and resistances are increased by X%. Every enemy killed while in Archon form adds 4 seconds to the duration of Archon.

Power Hungry Power Hungry Requires Level 10 Gain Arcane Power whenever you are healed by a Health Globe.
Temporal Flux Temporal Flux Requires Level 10 Whenever you deal arcane damage, affected enemies are slowed.
Glass Cannon Glass Cannon Requires Level 13 Increases all damage done by a percentage, but decreases armor and resistances by a percentage.
Prodigy Prodigy Requires Level 15 Every time you cast an Academic spell, you gain Arcane Power. The following skills are Academic Spells:

*Magic Missile
*Shock Pulse
*Spectral Blade
*Electrocute
Virtuoso Virtuoso Requires Level 17 Increases the damage of your basic wand attack. Successful attacks with a wand generate Arcane Power and heal you for a percentage of your maximum Life.
Astral Presence Astral Presence Requires Level 19 Increases your maximum Arcane Power and Arcane Power regeneration.
Illusionist Illusionist Requires Level 20 Whenever you suffer more than a certain percentage of your Life in a single hit, the cooldown on your Mirror Image and Teleport abilities is automatically reset.
Galvanizing Ward Galvanizing Ward Requires Level 23 Increases the duration of your armor spells. As long as an armor spell is active, you gain X Life per second.
Blur Blur Requires Level 25 Reduces melee damage taken by a percentage.
Evocation Evocation Requires Level 26 Reduces all cooldown by a percentage.
Arcane Dynamo Arcane Dynamo Requires Level 28 Every time you cast an Academic spell, you gain a Flash of Insight. After X Flashes of Insight, your next non-Academic spell deals additional damage. The following skills are Academic Spells:

Unstable Anomaly Unstable Anomaly Requires Level 30 Whenever you are reduced below a percentage of your maximum Life, release a shockwave that knocks all enemies back. This effect cannot occur more than once every X seconds.
