You may also want to throw in an Obedience in a Thresher or Cryptic axe for budget weapons. 40% CB, 370% ED, lvl 21 enchant. Thresh and CA are 5 socket max, so you can make them with the socket quest. Thresh is very vast, 77 avg dmg (before mods) and CA is fast, 92 avg dmg. Only downside is no leach or on-weapon IAS. Taking only a Ko & Fal, it is probably just as easy if not easier to make than getting a reaper's toll.
