I agree completely with what lMarcusl is saying about the allocation of the attribute points however, with my bowazon I have gone a different route with the skill points, I have put 13 skill points on the magic arrow so far so that the skill costs literally 0 mana to use; with the amount of damage it does in one hit I recommend that it should be your main left click abillity once you have that many points. Obviously you will have to get a couple more skill points in it as you level up and move through the difficulties of the world; but once you get to 13 focus on getting guided arrow and strafe, then eventually get them up to 20 skill points. I did this with my character and she managed to solo and kill mephisto at level 18!
