Increases your defense rating. Freezes and damages enemies that hit you.
Instead of the usual three different defense buff spells in the cold spells tree (as the case in LoD), there is now one defense buff in each tree. Each available at level one.
In addition to a bonus to defense rating. Each base point in Shiver Armor decreases your enemy's cold resistance by one percent.
