Lycander

Lycander was one of the rebel angels who fled from the Eternal Conflict with Inarius. She eventually fell in love with the nephalem Philios, and when Lilith began her massacre of all rebel angels and demons on Sanctuary during the Purge Lycander managed to flee back to the High Heavens. From there she continued to communicate with Philios through an artifact known as the Sightless Eye. When the other angels began to suspect what she was doing, she stopped and implored Philios to hide the eye. It was later found by his daughters on the Skovos Isles, and though Lycander was not the mother of the original amazons she is still revered within the Askari culture.
