Frozen patch 16 — Captain Daltyn summoning frozen orbs.

Monster with the Frozen affix deal extra frost damage, have resistance to frost, and can summon frost orbs. These frost orbs grow and eventually explode causing cold damage and apply a chill and a freeze debuff. The number of orbs can scale with the number of players in the game.
