Flash creates a small ring of energy around the caster that damages all nearby enemies. It can perhaps be used in a tight spot, but other spells like Fireball might still be more effective even in those situations.

Front/Sides: [3 * Rec(slvl, Itt(clvl, Rnd[20] + 1))/2]/64
Min. Damage: [3 * Rec(slvl, clvl)/2]
Quick Min. Damage: 3 * clvl/2 * (9/8)^slvl
Quick Max. Damage: 3 * clvl * (9/8)^slvl


* The added damage from each character level is then multiplied by the spell level bonus, resulting in a much greater bonus the higher the spell level.
