For information on how to get here and how to defeat the three Ubers, see the article on the Pandemonium Event.

Chaos Tristram, also known as Uber Tristram, is the final area of the Pandemonium Event and the location of the most difficult boss battle in the game. The area uses the same preset map as the regular Tristram. It is reachable through a red portal just as the regular Tristram, but this portal is created in Harrogath by cubing Diablo's Horn, Baal's Eye and Mephisto's Brain, which are found in other special areas related to the event.

The area is normally only available though closed Battle.net, however all monsters, items and areas are present client-side in the installation. Thus it is possible to access Chaos Tristram in a modded game of Diablo II, such as when using PlugY. The only thing not present is the specific AI used in the fight for the three Prime Evils.
