Belial is the final boss of Act II, and has three phases. The first phase starts when the Hero reveals Emperor Harkan's true identity and must kill a pack of trash mobs. Second phase begins upon Belial entering the fight and ends when he is at approximately 25% health. He then assumes his true Demon form and starts the third phase at full health.
