The Fast trait makes monsters move faster, attack or cast faster, and reduces cooldowns of other possible traits they may have (eg: can cast Frozen more often). Monster granted with fast are granted no additional resistances, nor do their attacks inflict extra damage.
This trait can occur only for monsters equal to or greater than level 31.[1]
