Affixes (Diablo II)

This is a master list of all item affixes that can spawn in Diablo II. An item type with its name listed in yellow means the affix can be found on either a Magic or a Rare item, while blue means it can be found only on a Magic item. A number in (parentheses) following the item type indicates the required ilvl for the given affix to spawn on that item type. A number in [brackets] following this number indicates the bonus range for the given ilvl. For example:

This indicates that "Wailing" can spawn on Magical (but not Rare) Bows and Crossbows at ilvl 24 and will cause the monster to flee 25% of the time. It can also spawn on all other weapon types - either Magical or Rare - at ilvl 20 and will cause the monster to flee 100% of the time.
