Affixes are mods that can appear on items in Diablo III. Some affixes have a primary and a secondary source, while other affixes can only appear on certain items. Finally, certain affixes can be only be found on Legendary items. There are many affixes ranging from ones that give stats such as vitality to ones that give resistance to a particular element. Most affixes also spawn on jewelry.
